A valid card on file is required at the time of booking. Certain services may also require a $10 deposit, which is outlined during the booking process. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to avoid delaying the next client. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or any no-show, will result in a $10 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. All fee details are clearly shown during the booking process. Health & Safety Policy: Please notify your technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service. Patch tests can be arranged if needed. While we take precautions, reactions can still occur, and we cannot be held liable. Liability Waiver: Clients may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging risks associated with certain services. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior or if a service may compromise client safety.
